A punk sensibility - I think the arrangement is kewl.
I would like to see you take some time with this. Clean up the vocals. There are spots where the pitch is way off - the ending for example, but that's not the only spot. Also where you are singing "let it be", there is time to repeat it as McCartney does, and not hold it out. That sounds a little awkward to me.
Also the lead, I like the idea but the gtr is out of tune.
This could be a very kewl version of this tune. Take your time with it. You don't have to polish the shit out of it. But some attention to details would really make this something special.

Love the distortion box vox! Cool version. Needs minor mixing on the vox.
It friggin' jams though! Nice work bro! I dig it! What a fun guitar solo! Maybe put a kazoo in there ala Jimi on Crosstown Traffic...

The verses are alright. The chorus however, annoys me for some reason maybe the change of vocals and the fact they're mixed completely to the right speaker. The Chorus vocals should be straight down the center, keep the distorted vox on the left, that works but center the clean as well. And yeah, just run your vox through a Pitch Corrector, ESPECIALLY that falcetto, it's such a hard thing to get properly so just cheat and use a corrector.
Apart from that it's nice. Drums sound good, what Drum Software you using? Or are they real? Sounds really good but I can't quite tell if they're real or not which is why i'm asking haha.
Guitar solo's good but yeah guitars out of tune. Apart from that it's nice, Also, when you're singing the chorus try not to make it sound so rushed, make it sound calm even though it's blasting along.
Hope that helps

This version of "let it be" really Rocks my world I love your take on this song..It's obvious to me that you didn't intend to sound like the Beatles on this cover and thats why I like
it so much. now on my second listen I agree with Bowillie, its
a very original version and I love it!
lots of helpful tips here that cant be ignored but another thing that's so obvious to me is the fact that you my friend are so talented~My only complaint
is~It's not long enough!
I'm really enjoying this track

I like this it sounds like a cross between the Ataris and The Pogues. Would be great music for St. Paddy's night at an Irish bar with some guinness.
I think that pitch correction and the like are only necessary if you really want to polish up the sound, the whole ethos of punk is to just thrash it out and be exciting, not necessarily in tune. Didn't stop the Sex Pistols and The Ramones topping the charts did it.
